Work History:This year will mark my 20th anniversary in the recruitment sector, and what a journey it has been. Every day is a learning experience and with our wonderful industry constantly evolving, it's no wonder recruitment is one of the faster growing industries in the world. How companies recruit, the way employers support staff and what employees look for from a business continuously changes, meaning our role as a partner must adapt and we need be one step ahead to ensure our value add.My focus has and will always be to work with companies who are going from seed investment to unicorn with a business that has purpose and meaning. It's important we partner with businesses that want to bring technology into other areas and create a better world for us now and for generations to come. &nbsp;Such opportunities are in turn far more meaningful to take to market and become paramount in attracting the right individuals for the right reasons.We firmly believe both our retained and contingent products are adaptable to each client and with a meticulous and thorough internal methodology followed each and every time we run a recruitment drive, I'm proud to say The Way Of The Wolfe will be around for many years to come.Interests:My career hasn't always been in the recruitment game. After finishing my education at Wilmington Grammar, I then went to Westminster College to qualify as a professional Chef. Having fallen in love with cooking, I still hadn't fallen in love with the long antisocial hours for little pay. So I packed up my knives and learnt how to sell, the difference to others around me, was the work ethic I'd acquired working in kitchens. The change in career allowed for me to meet the most amazing person in my life, My Wife Nathalie, and to have three incredible children, who are the centre of our world.If I'm not with the family, working or seeing the world, then you will find me Playing Golf, GoKarting, Fishing or doing something car related.&nbsp;Of course I'll occasionally get the knives out and cook up a storm, who knows, maybe a restaurant one day.&nbsp;

Work History:I have been in the recruitment industry for over 20 years and have been lucky enough to work for some of the best brands in the business, learning so much along the way, and I am still open to learning new things on a daily basis! You never know it all in this game!!I specialise in growing, managing and mentoring recruitment teams using the very best of my experiences gained over the years. &nbsp;My belief is that creating an environment and culture around positive energy and fun in the workplace is all you need to start building and achieving success. I have no time for moaners!! I still get an incredible buzz when speaking to technologists and enjoy managing clients whether they are start-ups or established business as building relationships is what I do best and relationships are the key to long term success. &nbsp;I joined Jefferson Wolfe as a Director and love working in the Renewable Energy / Green Tech space. It is such a positive and exciting growth sector where your input really does make a difference to the world we live in. I look forward to growing and driving the company forward and having some fun along the way.Interests:I am a keen sports fan and played a number of sports to a high level, mainly football, badminton and 8 ball pool, becoming Surrey County Champion in 1999 and representing Surrey for many years and playing on the tour. I now have the bug for golf and enjoy nothing more than 18 holes after a week at work. I have two sons, Charlie and Alfie and spend a lot of time watching them play semi-pro football &ndash; I will grudgingly admit they may be better than their father 😊 &nbsp;

Work History From leaving college, my career started with a role in direct sales, selling gas &amp; electric door to door! Sounds awful, but it really taught me the best lessons in sales and certainly built up my resilience with doors slammed in my face on a daily basis! You learn to have a thick skin quite quickly! This role also allowed me to meet an amazing man, who became my husband and father of my children.I have worked within the Recruitment sector since 2005 and worked across MANY sectors! I started within Health &amp; Social Care and Education Recruitment as a Sales Consultant and worked my way up to Branch Manager of a major high street Recruitment Agency on Oxford Street.From here I switched sectors to recruit Executive&rsquo;s for the UK&rsquo;s largest Gas &amp; Oil company. After many years in sales, I wanted to try my hand at the Quality Management side of Recruitment and spent some time travelling across London, East Anglia and Essex, visiting Branches and Clients to conduct their Quality &amp; Compliance Audits.I became a Director of Jefferson Wolfe in 2014 and have enjoyed helping to grow the business and our staff, with all aspects of their working day.My role with Jefferson Wolfe has varied over the past 9 years, starting as an Operations &amp; HR Manager to my current role as Head of Finance.InterestsMy greatest achievement to date is most certainly our 3 amazing children. My ability to manage a teen, pre-teen and toddler has definitely helped me in my management style and negotiation skills!If I am not with the family, you&rsquo;ll find me working or travelling the world experiencing different cultures, religions and food!

Work History:With over 10 years&rsquo; experience working in the recruitment industry, I am able to keep the operations side of the business running smoothly. My previous roles as a legal recruiter and r2r/sales recruiter have given me the knowledge and understanding of what does and doesn&rsquo;t make a great recruitment firm. This has enabled me to help implement new ideas to make sure that our recruiters are happy and that we&rsquo;re providing a high quality service to our clients and candidates.I take on a varied role at Jefferson Wolfe, my role as Head of Operations involves everything from Compliance, HR, Internal Recruitment, Marketing, GDPR and more.Interests:I love to travel, I&rsquo;ve visited 45 countries so far and aim to keep adding more to the list. I also enjoy a UK weekend getaway and trying to keep fit whilst being a massive lover of food!!

Work History:It&rsquo;s safe to say I&rsquo;m the most famous &ldquo;wolfe&rdquo; in recruitment! I&rsquo;ve been at Jefferson Wolfe since the company was founded in 2011 and I&rsquo;m responsible for keeping the team happy. Whether that means taking a selfie with them or organising some fun team nights out, lunch clubs, regular incentives &ndash; I do it!&nbsp;We have a great WolfePack here, and that&rsquo;s what makes my job so enjoyable. Who wants to hang out with actual wolves when I can hang out with these bunch of awesome individuals, and get paid.Interests:I love to eat, drink and howl at the moon. Chocolate is my favourite and the occasional beer which I sneak out of the team&rsquo;s drinks fridge&hellip; shh don&rsquo;t tell them!&nbsp;
