My history with recruiters has two chapters: before and after Charlie. Before Charlie, my experience with recruiters was very poor. Recruiters lying to me saying that they would call back. Scheduling meetings that I couldn't attend and not providing any flexibility to reschedule them. Not providing enough information on the jobs and even deciding for me without consulting me. To keep it short, at that time, my faith in recruiters was low to none at all. Then I got a phone call from Charlie. In the very first phone call, he was able to provide all the information I needed about the positions he thought that would suit me. Scheduled the interviews according to my possibilities and rescheduling them when needed. Called me every day providing feedback, guidance, information and moral support. The only thing he could also have done was doing the interviews for myself. In the end, he managed to get me possibilities from great companies from where I choose my current job. During all the process, he was one of the persons that gave me more strength and confidence to the interviews. That is something really rare in recruiters and it's something natural on Charlie.
