Coming to work can be a tough thing for most people, especially in this industry, but I can honestly say that the team around me makes that a thing of the past. Working with such motivated and ambitious people helps on those difficult days easy and then the easy days become something special. I'm proud to be a Wolfe and look forward to building a Recruitment Business with the rest of the pack.
Richard Long, CEO
I am one of the newest members of the Jefferson Wolfe team and can safely say I made the right decision in joining. There is a genuine ‘team spirit’ here, which is a rarity in recruitment, resulting in a friendly and vibrant atmosphere. We do some fun things together, but more importantly, we do recruitment well.
Some companies will smash you over the head with KPIs and call stats- Jefferson Wolfe doesn’t. Yes, we have some KPIs, but they are not overly strenuous and are more of a guide for when you’ve had a bad couple of months. Rich and Nick, come with a wealth of experience and are happy to share this with us. They don’t even feel like your boss, more a senior colleague who is always happy to help and lend a hand.
Harry Stafford, Managing Consultant
Join Jefferson Wolfe! Why you ask? Because we are a big family – Yes, a very competitive one but we have each other’s back and it’s always a good and healthy competition. We push and support one another to achieve the best results even if that means you sometimes have to work late. The reward for all the hard work? Great commissions, some of the most innovative companies to work for, a fun environment and the best colleagues who make the time in the office fly.
Cynthia John, Managing Consultant
For someone who has joined Jefferson Wolfe at a trainee level, I was promised a lot and Jefferson Wolfe did not disappoint. They really invest time in my personal development & training. Yes, you do have to work hard for it, but if you manage to push yourself – this is the company that would give you the right skills to train up to be the best recruiter out there!
The team work hard together and really support each other, so you really get to feel like a family. It’s a fun working environment where everyone gets rewarded well for the hard work and hours they put in.
Alina Gunina, Delivery Consultant
As a recent graduate, Jefferson Wolfe gave me the opportunity to join a young, growing company where I was given all of the guidance, training and resources I needed to start a (hopefully) successful career in Recruitment, five years later I am still here, so it’s safe to say it was the correct choice!
I have the opportunity to work with some of the most interesting and exciting companies in Tech + Gaming across Europe on a daily basis, and no two days are ever the same! I have been given the freedom to forge my own path into recruitment, and all of the advice to make sure I can be as successful as possible, and couldn’t think of a better environment to come into every day.
Fred Campbell, Head of Delivery

I have worked with many recruiters in my professional life and I found Harry to be one of the best recruiters out there. He really worked hard to secure a role for me and he really gave everything possible to reach the maximum potential possible on that role. Harry is extremely passionate about his recruitment role and his abilities to push boundaries beyond possible is unreal. I would highly recommend him and will be happy to work together again.
My history with recruiters has two chapters: before and after Charlie. Before Charlie, my experience with recruiters was very poor. Recruiters lying to me saying that they would call back. Scheduling meetings that I couldn't attend and not providing any flexibility to reschedule them. Not providing enough information on the jobs and even deciding for me without consulting me. To keep it short, at that time, my faith in recruiters was low to none at all. Then I got a phone call from Charlie. In the very first phone call, he was able to provide all the information I needed about the positions he thought that would suit me. Scheduled the interviews according to my possibilities and rescheduling them when needed. Called me every day providing feedback, guidance, information and moral support. The only thing he could also have done was doing the interviews for myself. In the end, he managed to get me possibilities from great companies from where I choose my current job. During all the process, he was one of the persons that gave me more strength and confidence to the interviews. That is something really rare in recruiters and it's something natural on Charlie. He'll fight for you and his client to get the best possibilities for both! Again, thank you, Charlie!
Cooperation with Fred is really productive. He aimed me with very comprehensive vacancy and supported with all details regarding an offer from beginning to successful employment as ActionScript engineer. He always tactful and persistent enough. I would recommend dealing with Fred, moreover, he brings the luck.
Cynthia is one of the best headhunters out there. She is very focused on results, so she deeply analyses the candidate's profile to match potential new roles, different from other headhunters which flood you with all the open positions out there. She pointed me the right company, introduced to the right person and still managed to clean up some mess another company had made with my profile. Never a hiring process was so straightforward. Since the first interview she gave me total support, and after a few rounds of negotiations, we came to a very positive deal. I strongly believe the way she represented me had a big influence on the final outcome.
I worked with Richard while I was a Recruiting Specialist at HeavenHR. The accuracy of his work was remarkable. He presented candidates whose skills and experiences matched the company's recruitment needs and he's always been available and precise in providing information about candidates. His collaboration has been a great input for the company. I enjoyed working with Richard, as he has been always very professional, approachable and enthusiastic about his work. I would definitely love to work with him again in the future.
Jefferson Wolfe have provided excellent candidates and a good and thorough recruitment service. He worked hard to fully understand all our requirements and always delivered to us top candidates for the positions.
I had the fortune to meet the team at Jefferson Wolfe during the time of transition in my career. If you are actively looking for new job offers it is definitely an advantage to have JW in your corner. They take great care of there clients, always seeking to find the best match between job seekers and career opportunities. Always there to guide you through the recruitment process and makes sure that you are well prepared for each subsequent step. I found the advice very useful and the support very reassuring. They definitely know how to properly highlight the candidate’s strong points and is ready to help you present yourself in the best way to possible employers.
