I've spent more than two decades in recruitment — building teams, growing businesses and helping hundreds of companies find the people they need to succeed.Along the way, I've helped thousands of people take the next step in their careers and worked with Founders, CEOs and leadership teams across the UK and internationally.I've seen what great recruitment looks like.I've also seen how badly it can go wrong.Having built and exited a recruitment business,
I decided to use that experience differently.Today, I work directly inside businesses as a Fractional or Contract Head of Talent and Recruitment Partner.
