About the Role

People & Culture Manager

A global leader that provides a trading platform for the Foreign Exchange (FX), they provide a web-based trading technology for over-the-counter instruments, integration solutions, and related services.

My client's dynamic and fast-paced team is currently seeking an experienced People and Culture Manager, as a member of the team, you will accompany our employees through the entire employee lifecycle. In addition, you will provide competent support to our management and team leads in all HR-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruiting process and review job advertising options.
  • Implement suitable Employer Branding measures and initiatives.
  • Conduct interviews, create candidate shortlists, and collaborate with team leads.
  • Continuously improve recruiting procedures and monitor key metrics.
  • Manage global Onboarding/Offboarding process and operational HR management.
  • Act as a point of contact for employees, team leads, and management.
  • Handle contract documents, certificates, and interface with compensation & benefits.
  • Supervise administrative functions including reception and facility management.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and provide reports to the company.
  • Create an exceptional onboarding experience and address employee needs.
  • Influence corporate culture positively and foster a supportive work environment.
  • Identify relevant KPIs, provide reports to Management, and derive action items.
  • Improve processes, identify wasteful resource use, and implement automated solutions.
  • Design processes, workflows, and best practices within Personio and HR Analytics.

Essential Skills:

  • Degree in business administration or equivalent with economic fundamentals.
  • Previous experience in human resources or similar roles.
  • Familiarity with HR-related software (Personio, SAP Success Factors).
  • Comfortable with numbers and detail-oriented.
  • Proficient in German and English.
