Software Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of multi-project management in an agile environment, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Lead the operational management, planning, and coordination of software projects, with a focus on multi-project management.
• Define the technical approach and oversee the implementation of technical solutions.
• Collaborate with clients, specialist departments, solution architecture, development and test teams, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Document projects thoroughly and provide regular reports on progress.
• Identify and mitigate technical project risks, manage performance acceptance, and handle change requests effectively.

Essential Skills:

• Proven experience managing complex and cross-divisional IT development projects as an overall project manager, program manager, IT operations manager, or similar role.
• Strong methodological expertise in project management and coordination, with a demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
• Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to management and stakeholders.
• Fluent in English and German.
