A top billing recruiter at S3, I co-founded Timothy James Consulting in 2003. We grew the business to £25 million in annual turnover, 98 people, 3 offices and 14 industry awards within 9 years. Now, I help other recruitment agency owners do the same. Whether it’s an exit, an MBO, scaling or accelerating revenue, I work on vision execution, best process and harmonising your life with your work.

I enhance organisational culture, capability, values and relationships internally.
