They are searching for a Senior Project Manager - Renewable Energy who will be a key player in advancing their vision of a sustainable future. Your mission: to oversee and manage their high-impact renewable energy projects across the globe, with a primary focus on wind farms. Your deep expertise in the renewable energy sector and your proficiency in German 🇩🇪 are essential to their success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute multiple complex renewable energy projects from inception to completion.
• Collaborate with multifaceted teams to ensure flawless project delivery within budget and timelines.
• Expertly monitor project progress, anticipate and mitigate risks.
• Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and regulatory authorities.
• Vigilantly uphold environmental, health, and safety regulations.
• Execute comprehensive feasibility studies and risk assessments for prospective projects.
• Provide technical mastery to optimise project performance.
• Drive continuous process enhancement. 

Qualifications:

• A proven track record with 5+ years of experience in the renewable energy sector, showcasing mastery in managing complex projects, particularly in wind energy.
• An academic foundation with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Renewable Energy, Engineering, Business).
• Proficiency in German and English (both written and spoken).
• Seasoned project management skills, complemented by expertise in project management software.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. 
• Collaborative spirit in a multicultural and interdisciplinary environment.
• A comprehensive understanding of renewable energy regulations and standards.
