Embedded Software Developer

As an Embedded Software Developer, you will play a pivotal role in developing and optimising the software that controls and monitors our renewable energy systems, ensuring their reliability and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain embedded software for renewable energy systems, including wind turbines, solar installations, and energy storage solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware engineers and control system engineers, to integrate software components into our renewable energy products.
• Implement real-time control algorithms to optimize energy production and system efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and debug software and hardware issues, working closely with the technical support team.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of coding standards and best practices.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in embedded software development and renewable energy/

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in embedded software development, preferably in the renewable energy sector or a related industry.
• Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in embedded systems, such as C/C++.
• Experience with real-time operating systems (RTOS) and embedded Linux.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
